The Opportunity
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk assists with full-cycle accounting processes. The position holder would work closely with various project managers, prepares their client invoices, processes payments from clients, and manages overdue accounts and collection activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build their accounting career and take it to the next level.

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Prepares monthly invoices.
  • Support and manage accounts receivable for collections communication and tracking on past due invoices
  • Sends reminder notices and contacts overdue accounts as required.
  • Organize and prioritize departmental assignments and manage the timely completion of assignments.
  • Processes the day’s payments and updates accounts receivable.
  • Any other duties as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications 

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
  • two years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Excellent proficiency with productivity software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong skills in using accounting software applications (preferably Deltek and Power BI)
  • Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service.
  • Strong organizational and time management to function in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff at various levels of the organization.


Compensation
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skillsets, and qualifications.
